• A Plastic Shoe Bin

• 2 Full Sets of Clothing (change of clothes)

• Box of Tissue

• Wipes

Information To Bring In Before First Day Of Starting School:

• Programs For Parents Confirmation Letter (If not paying out of pocket)

• Birth Certificate

• Immunization Record

• Universal Health Record (To be completed by Doctor)
